About The Cottage

The Cottage is set in a rustic but cosy setting. It has two bedrooms and sleeps four to six people (two on a double sofa-bed). There is also a cot available if required. It has been completely refurbished and has all the modern conveniences needed for a comfortable, relaxing holiday.

The cottage has a log-burning stove, exposed beams, stone floors on the ground floor and wooden floors on the first floor which together provide spacious yet traditional living quarters.

Ground floor: Lounge - Kitchen dining area

There is a large lounge with a granite floor, log-burning stove, 3 piece suite and an additional double futon which can be used as extra sleeping accommodation. Facilities include a digi-box, television and a selection of books for your use. There is a wide wooden staircase which rises to a large landing on the first floor.

The kitchen is a large well planned kitchen that is extensively equipped with modern appliances - cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.

The dining area is farmhouse style set in an exposed stonework room. It seats eight comfortably with French windows opening onto the front terrace.

First floor: Double bedroom - Twin bedroom - Bathroom

There is a large landing that leads into an even larger double bedroom and a twin room. Both bedrooms have full sized wardrobes and two bedside tables.

The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and full size bath with a shower over it. There are wooden floors throughout.

Other Amenities

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

A complimentary welcome pack will be provided on arrival.

Logs will be provided for the fire at no extra charge. We also do not charge extra for fuel or electricity used.

Evening meals can be provided at extra cost, menu available on request. During the summer, we can also organise a BBQ for you. Please contact us for further details.

All in all the cottage provides the perfect self-catering environment for a relaxing stay in Normandy.
