About The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse has five bedrooms and can comfortably sleep eight, plus there is a cot if required. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge if more sleeping accommodation is needed.

This spacious 3 storey house features a log fire and exposed beams.  There is a modern, well equipped kitchen and a large dining area with rustic furniture. The bedrooms are light and airy. On the top floor there is a large landing with a seated area and a small library.

Ground floor: Lounge - Kitchen dining area – Toilet

The lounge has comfortable seating arranged around the log-burning stove, complete with a digi-box, television and CD/radio. The original oak spiral staircase offers access to bedrooms on two floors.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc. The dining area is farmhouse style and seats eight comfortably. French windows open on to the side terrace.

First floor: Double bedroom - Twin bedroom - Single bedroom - Bathroom

All bedrooms are light and airy with hanging and storage space. Bathroom consists of toilet, washbasin, full size bath with shower over. Window seat overlooks the side terrace and farmlands beyond.

Second floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room
and toilet - Single bedroom - Library

Again all bedrooms are light and airy with good storage. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower, washbasin and toilet.

The large landing contains a cottage-style suite with a small library of books.

Other Amenities

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

A complimentary welcome pack will be provided on arrival.

Logs will be provided for the fire at no extra charge. We also do not charge extra for fuel or electricity used.

Evening meals can be provided at extra cost, menu available on request. During the summer, we can also organise a BBQ for you. Please contact us for further details.
